He's Just Not That Into You

I remember talking about this book with Ms. Foster, my college professor.

Years later I find myself amused at this movie. Yes, it's a chickflick. And yes, it's not always as simple or as complicated as we think it is.

But there are clear signs when he is JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU.

Him not calling; him not asking you on a second date; him not being interested in what you are saying; him not "believing in marriage".

Guys are guys and girls are just...girls.

We fall in love faster and easier. We give up things. We wait. We hang around the phone waiting for his call. But we know, deep in our hearts, the truth. The REAL truth.

All we want is to love and to be loved in return. It just SUCKS when it's just US doing the loving.
